Refund policy

Misprinted, damaged or defective items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Photos of the misprinted/damaged/defective items are required for returns to be processed.

Returns or exchanges due for other reasons (e.g. buyer's remorse)

Because each item we sell is custom made for you, we do not offer returns or refunds for items that are not misprinted, damaged or defective. We encourage customers to review all sizing and other specification information before placing their order to ensure the item meets their needs. 

Items shipped to the wrong address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Delivered items that are unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
